• Some pieces may be restored by placing them in a neutral, flat position, though this is not guaranteed.
• Resin products are not dishwasher safe. Please hand wash using mild soap and cool water.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking, and direct sunlight.
• Food‑grade resin options are available upon request for an additional charge due to the specialized materials required.

Product Notes
• Minor imperfections, microbubbles, and slight color variations are natural characteristics of handmade resin items and are not considered defects.
• Custom or personalized products may have limited eligibility for returns or refunds unless defective upon arrival.

• Your purchase includes a 30‑day guarantee for items that arrive defective.
• Items must be returned before a refund can be issued.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Clear photographic proof of damage is required before a return or replacement can be approved.
• Return shipping should include tracking; I am not responsible for lost return packages.
• Damage caused by heat, improper care, misuse, chemicals, dishwasher use, or excessive force will void the guarantee.
