Customized orders

• Keep resin items away from extreme heat, as high temperatures can cause warping or distortion.
• Some pieces may be reshaped by placing them on a flat, neutral surface, though results cannot be guaranteed.
• Resin products are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking, and direct sunlight.
• Food‑grade resin is available upon request for an additional charge.

• Minor imperfections, microbubbles, and slight color variations are natural traits of handmade resin work and are not considered defects.
• Resin may naturally change over time (such as slight yellowing or tone shifts), and this is not classified as damage.
• Items not made with food‑grade resin should not be used for food preparation or direct food contact.
• Custom or personalized items may have limited eligibility for returns unless defective upon arrival.
• Customer approval of color choices, mock‑ups, or proofs finalizes the design and cannot be disputed after production begins.

• All purchases include a 30‑day guarantee for items that arrive defective.
• Items must be returned before a refund can be issued.
• Buyers are responsible for return‑shipping costs.
• Clear photographic proof of damage is required before a return or replacement can be approved.
• Return shipping should include tracking; lost or untracked packages cannot be compensated.
• Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and free of smoke, chemicals, or excessive wear.
• Damage caused by heat exposure, improper storage, harsh chemicals, dishwasher use, prolonged soaking, misuse, or excessive force will void the guarantee.
• Liability for any item is limited to the purchase price only.
• Once a package is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, or weather exposure transfers to the buyer.

• Custom orders may require partial or full payment upfront.
• Once production has begun, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed.
• Specialized materials (including food‑grade resin) may increase the cost of custom orders.

• All clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
