Seller: “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the handmade resin studio/shop.
Buyer: “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser of our products.

• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Prices are listed in USD.
• Prices will remain in USD and will not change once your order is placed and confirmed.
• Applicable sales taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout or invoiced separately.

• All items are individually handcrafted; small imperfections, color variations, and microbubbles are natural and not considered defects.
• Resin may naturally shift in clarity or color over time; this is not damage.
• Items not made with food‑grade resin are for décor only and not intended for food preparation or direct food contact.
• Once your price is confirmed at checkout or during invoicing, it will not change.
• In the rare case of a typographical error (incorrect listed price), you will be notified prior to fulfillment. A corrected price will be provided, and once agreed upon, that price will remain fixed.

• Keep resin products away from extreme heat.
• Not dishwasher safe — hand wash with mild soap and cool water.
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, and prolonged soaking.
• Direct sunlight can affect clarity and color over time.
• Food‑grade resin available upon request for an additional cost.

• May require partial or full payment upfront.
• Approval of colors, mock-ups, and proofs finalizes the design.
• Once production begins, cancellations or design changes are not guaranteed.
• Specialized materials (including food‑grade resin) may increase cost.

• Orders ship to the address provided at checkout; accuracy is your responsibility.
• Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to you for loss, theft, or weather exposure.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather do not constitute breach of contract.

• Inspect items promptly upon delivery.
• Shipping damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 5 business days.

• Includes a 30‑day guarantee for items that arrive defective.
• Items must be returned before a refund can be issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; tracked shipping required.
• Items must be unused, unaltered, and free of smoke/chemical exposure.
• Damage caused by improper care, heat, misuse, chemicals, dishwasher use, or excessive force voids the guarantee.
• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

• At our discretion, defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded (limited to the original purchase price).

• Clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

• All photos, designs, logos, and written content are our intellectual property.
• We may share photos of custom orders unless you request otherwise before fulfillment.

• We only use your information to process orders and provide customer service.
• We do not sell personal data.

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
• No consequential, incidental, or special damages are covered.

• These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

• Terms may be updated; the effective date reflects the current version.
